Hey Albert! The first issue is due to your iPhone being in low power mode and/or having an aggressive screen lock setting. I know that's not a solution, but at least it gives context, and you may be able to find a work around. We definitely need a better solution, however we don't have any plans to work on the iOS app any time soon. Re: transcription, similarly we know that the transcription time is much slower because we haven't updated the app to work with our new fast transcription model. However you can certainly disable transcription on mobile by clicking on top right 'AC' to access settings.
