Hi Kaitlyn. Thanks for reaching out, and for your suggestion. We have been working to reduce the frequency that we request users to login again, so I'm a little surprised and disappointed that you've had this issue. You mention needing to allow the mic privileges again - different apps (Classroom, Docs, Gmail) need separate approvals unfortunately. But if you had to agree multiple times with the same app... that suggests that perhaps the extension was removed from the student's machine, either by the student or by an admin. Please can you confirm? Many thanks
